Have you ever had your account suspended from the PSN?

I was falsely accused of cheating by a moderator from a user who was just mad I killed him in a game where killing is the point. I think they are friends. How can I dispute this? He says he has a screen shot of me cheating and it just isn't true. How can I file a complaint against a moderator?
