LLC business partner swept(stole) joint business account and fled!! what should I do?

My company a LLC where my share is 51% and my partner is 49%, we have a joint buisness account. MY PARTNER TOOK OUT ALL THE MONEY FROM THE BANK ACCOUNT ON HIS OWN AND FLED!!! WHAT SHOULD I DO SINCE THAT ACCOUNT WAS THE ETS EARNED FROM THE BUSINESS NOT ALL HIS!! even after all this drama, does he still have the right to come back to the business and presume his partnership, how do I get this money back!!!!?
