RE: AUSTRALIAN BORDER SECURITY?
if you are in australia on student visa, then went to another country for holidays and came back in australia after 3 weeks..and you have a pending case in your home country (never arraigned, never tried, but has warrant of arrest) (asian country), can the sydney, melbourne or brisbane international airport immigration see that in their computer and possibly deny you entry? he just want to make sure that when he goes to US for holidays, he can still come back in australia to continue his studies. his case i think was child abuse but it was just allegation from him daughter who was diagnosed by a psychiatrist with conduct disorder. he was never arraigned. he was in australia before the prosecutor even issued warrant and how much bail. so could the border security see that? and wont allow him back in aussie?
