What is the difference between lebanese men and hispanic men in relationships?

I met a man on Match.com and he is Lebanese. I have never dated outside of my race which is hispanic. He is a muslim and I am Christian. I'm not sure if I should even go out with the guy because of our different religion, backgrounds, etc. The thing is that he is very nice and seems to talk to me as if he can't wait to meet/see me and he once stated in an email "74 hours til I see you". WTF. I'm not sure if he is really like this or he is just playing the part or if I don't really know. Need help. Do these relationships work out? I know we will be meeting for the first time but I'm wondering if we hit it off, do I really want to do this considering our differences and what if he changes? What is the difference between Lebanese men and hispanic men in relationships? Does anyone know?
