Wtf is wrong with this boy????????

i like this boy..well i just decided i like him. i met him like 3 years ago and he has always told people i was really cute or pretty..one time i was with this girl and she was giving him a ride and when he found out i was coming with them he was all like "shes coming?!" like so excited and he let me sit in the front and he told that girl i have pretty hair and he wanted my number lol. one time my cousin was asking him about this girl he was going out with she was like like "do you really like her?" and he was like "uhh...not really" like staring at me..i didnt really like him then though. he always looks so infatuated with me whenever i see him but we never really talked to each other, but i cant stop thinking about him at all..i used to see him a lot, but now its like once ever 2 months or more, and whenever i come around he looks like he deliberately tries to ignore me or not look at me, and he gets really quiet (but hes a really outgoing person) and he looks mad or depressed like i did something wrong...
