Which upgrades would add more to the value of the home?

I would go with the granite in the bathroom and perhaps some up-dating there...The fireplace is my second choice--the carpet is personal and will get you no-where in a sale as most people will replace it anyway...The money is in the kitchens and the bathrooms...Adding crown molding is a nice affordable improvement too that adds value and cl.
