Is my wierd or does she think shes a dog?

my cat acts like a dog if i throw a mouse toy or something she cathes it and brings it back to me. also she growls. when se wants to play she acts like my dog. sometime when she has a full bowl of food and so does my dog she prefers the dog food instead of her cat food one time she was eating the dog foo and my dog came to eat she growled at my golden retriever and my dog ran away it was like she was bigger than her. does my cat think shes a dog or something?
