You are correct. She could be crying out for help but none the less, you mustn't take the risk and ignore what she is saying. You can report her to your local police department. They are trained and should know what to do if she needs help. In Oklahoma it is called an Emergency Order of Detention (EOD) for someone that is a danger to themselves or others. Also, have you spoken to any of her family members? They could intervene also. It is a difficult situation but you must take action based on what you have said in your submission.
