How do I encourage my OLDER brother?

My 21 year old brother lives at home. He goes out and party's every night and stays in his room during the day. I call him Edgar the Vampire. He doesn't have a job either but I can't wait to get one and I'm 12. I want to tell him to get off his lazy a** and go find a job, but I'm nervous. We never really talked before he moved in, so how do I tell him without him hurting me or twisting my arm? He doesn't even know I like Drake to. When I ask what song it is, he thinks idk who it is, he's like "You don't know who he is"
