How do you get your baby to nap?

if your baby has been fed and nappy changed there is no harm in leaving you baby to cry till he falls asleep, if you keep running to him hes going to expect you to do it in the future, or if you have one put him in a bouncer its the same as being rocked to sleep im sure he'll fall asleep in to time =)
