Please help! acne problem :/ !?

I have really bad acne :/ My face isn't that bad compared to my body. i know this sounds gross but i have acne on my chest and back and it makes me soo self conscious. its hereditary cz my dad has reallyy bad back acne. idk what to do. im not a very stressful person and i watch my diet and i exercise regularly and drink plenty of water. im thinking about going on accutane but i heard theres alot of bad side effects. is there some kind of body wash i can buy?
