POLL: What is the last thing that disturbed you?

A doentary about a little girl who was about 3 years old and HIV positive in the 80's, when there was no treatment. It showed her in the bathtub (she had sinus issues), and her nose was blocked up...you could see the mucus thickly lining the inside of her nostrils. It is an image I will never forget, but on the good side, there were people taking care of her who really were committed to adopting her.
