Question about Supernatural Season 3?

You know, that's so funny that you asked that. I just recently rewatched that episode, and I was wondering pretty much the same thing. We never did find out why they were all killed. I mean it's possible that a couple of them might have known about the deal she made, but not everybody. Maybe we will find out next season.
