Why would the raptors trade Jason Kapono for Reggie Evans?

kapono I guess wasn't producing so much for the raptors and maybe they got rid of him and reggie evans is a 6'8" PF who cant rebound even if his life depended on it so in here Philly benefits this trade the most since they lack outside shooters and hopefully Kapono can do something right hopefully since he is in a good team
