Cipramil side effects, is this meant to happen

I just got prescribed Cipramil today, which is an anti-depressed, ani-anxiety pill after taken one 2 hours ago im feeling shaky, dizzy and feeling a bit sick. I am also feeling in a floaty dream-like haze, is this meant to happen?
