Northwestern, Loyola, UIC, UCLA?

My ques. is that I am currently a freshman in high school. It will be the start of a new semester in a day or two which means that first semester is completed. My first semester grades were 5 Bs and 2 Ds( 2.4 GPA for the semester). I would like to know what I academic goal should I set for myself for the rest of high school career (What GPA should I aim for?). My second question is that besides sports and clubs what more else can I do to impress these universities? For ex. maybe become a scout or do comm.service? Is having a summer job help in anyway? Is it still possible for me to be able to do it? So far I have a 2.4 GPA and no extra circular activities whatsoever. Please be serious with answering the question which means serious replies only.
